Dieter's fat burning Tea

I began making, and drinking this tea a couple of months ago. I brew enough for the week and store it in mason jars in the fridge. I find that loose green tea works the best for this recipe, because it is more potent than bagged tea.

Brew one large pitcher of loose leaf green tea. Pour into five mason jars then add a tsp, or more of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 tblsp of ground turmeric, squeeze of honey, and a dash or two of cayenne pepper. Depending on how spicy you like it....you can drink it hot or cold. I personally enjoy it cold, but either way is yummy. CHEERS  :)
