All natural homemade vitamin water recipes

I have been making these homemade vita waters and drinking them daily. They help with detoxing, bloating, boosting energy, and metabolism. They are also very tasty, and refreshing! 😋


Sassy water

1 gallon water
2 sliced lemons
1 sliced cucumber
Minced fresh mint

Combine all ingredients in a gallon of water and steep over night in the fridge. Drink one glass a day.


Apple, cinnamon water

1 gallon water
2 sliced red apples
1 bag of cinnamon sticks

Combine all ingredients in a gallon of water and steep over night in the fridge. Drink one glass daily






Ultimate belly deflating fix

1 gallon water
Rosemary
2 sliced lemons
1 sliced cucumber
Watermelon 

Combine all ingredients in a gallon of water and steep over night in the fridge. Drink one glass daily
