I love drinking coconut water not only for it's many benefits, but for it's refreshing, yummy taste! Coconut water is low in carbs, 99% fat free, and low in sugar. It also boosts your immune system, raises your metabolism, and naturally replenishes your body's fluids after exercising. Coconut water is incredibly healthy and one of the best drinks to hydrate the body. It's also high in potassium, and vitamin B.
