Why you should be eating this "wonder food" Flax Seed
I have been eating flax seeds for a few years now, and have to admit that my favorite way to indulge in this wonder food is sprinkling a tablespoon, or two on my oatmeal. Another way is blending them into my protein shake. There are so many health benefits in these seeds. Recent studies suggest that flax seeds may have a protective effect against breast cancer, prostate cancer, and colon cancer. Some other benefits include omega 3 essential fatty acid "good fats" which have been shown to have heart healthy effects.
