Breakfast Smoothie

This is my favorite breakfast smoothie to make! Super easy, filling, and healthy. Having a smoothie for breakfast keeps you filling full until lunch time. Feel free to substitute walnuts for the almonds, and add fresh strawberries or blueberries.

Banana, almond, vanilla, date, coconut smoothie:


  • 1 Banana
  • hand full of raw almonds
  • 3 chopped dates
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoon organic coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • 1-2 cups of ice

Blend all ingredients in a vitamix or high power blender and Enjoy!
